The Triton braking system was designed for the track enthusiast.

Sparta Evolution understands that not all cars are built the same. Different cars require different brake biases and brake line pressures to properly work with the OEM ABS and traction systems. To properly maintain all features of the factory standard braking system, Sparta Evolution offers the Triton brake caliper in four different body styles with a handful of custom sized pistons to appropriately accommodate your specific vehicle. Piston sizes range from 24mm to 44mm.

•     The only brake manufacturer to utilize aircraft grade ARP hardware as standard hardware

CASTELLATED PISTONS

Castellated pistons are used to combat heat transfer between the brake pad and brake fluid by decreasing the contact surface area between the pad and pistons

DOUBLE SEAL SYSTEM (DSS)

•     The DSS uses modern high temperature polymer sealing rings recessed into the caliper for smooth uninhibited piston action
•     The inner seal provides an air tight pressure seal for the piston. The outer seal protects the pressure chamber from contaminants

What makes our finishes so special? Unlike many of our competitors who powder coat their calipers, our calipers are anodized. What are the benefits? Anodized treatments are extremely resilient to heat, offering resistance up to the melting point of aluminum. In addition, the durability of our anodized surfaces offers a high degree of scratch protection compared to powder coating. Our anodized treatment is also thinner than powder coats, this translates to a lighter caliper with more precise and tighter tolerances.

SATURN CALIPERS

who is looking for more braking power.

The Saturn series of calipers are reverse -engineered based off the proven performance of the Triton caliper series. The development of the Saturn calipers was intended for enthusiasts looking to build a lighter duty track capable car, or a track car that will see regular street duties as well. With a lower price point, the average enthusiast can still attain extreme brake performance without breaking the bank in the process.

All Saturn calipers are forged from 6061-T6 aluminum in the same facilities as our Triton and Triton R calipers. Saturn calipers come with standard aluminum pistons, though castellated aluminum pistons are available. Caliper halves are joined by corrosion resistant plated steel bolts for easy disassembly, and rebuild kits are available for the DIY enthusiast.
